Re: Refresh of main page
Same problem here. Using Chrome and classic skin, and no auto refresh on the Queue tab. Status tab however is refreshed. Personnally it's been a long time I gave up about this.

Re: Check Files while downloading (asynchronously)
Don't know if that's was suggested but processing while still downloading the same job might be cool. Especially if you have big files. So when the last file is downloaded, there's only this one file left to check. But I suspect it might be hard to implement with par2.exe. This can however be done m...

Re: Typical SABnzbd download speeds
I'm currently using Newshosting with 30 connections. I tried many usenet providers and many server combinations wthout being able to best Newshosting. In my experience, using multiple usenet providers at the same time decreases speeds. Atm I don't know why. But I observe strange things looking at th...

Re: Typical SABnzbd download speeds
I got a 1000mbit/100mbit link and was not able to go above 40 MB/s on usenet. I got the same results with NZBGet, maybe marginally better. I'm starting to think that there's no usenet provider atm who can saturate a Gbit link. The problem might be routing, as I'm in Europe but not in the NL (and mos...

Re: Gbit link
Yes I tried briefly Newsbin but it looked the same. I'll give Grabit a try.

Gbit link
Hey! I just upgraded my connection to 1Gbit but I'm struggling to get the max out of it on Usenet. I just wanted to know if some of you guys has any advice in order to optimize my speeds. What I have: - GbE network - SSD RAID0 SATA II (+/- 400 Mo/s) - 3GB DDR - i7 920 In terms of hardware, I don't s...

Re: Unusable RAR file error?
I got the same error a while back. You can manually unrar the files with the latest WinRAR release. I guess they slightly changed the way it is done.

Re: 90% repair failure rate with 0.6.10
Going back to 0.6.9 did not fix the issue. Either there's a problem with my provider or it's my computer. I'll investigate further more.

Re: 90% repair failure rate with 0.6.10
Yesterday I disabled Quick Check just to be sure, I'll see if there's any improvement. I'll go back to 0.6.9 and let you know. Regarding filenames, I observed some files with the .1 extension. I don't why they're name in that way because there aren't 2 copies of them in the folder. It is clear Quick...

90% repair failure rate with 0.6.10
Hi. I recently upgraded from 0.6.9 to 0.6.10 and I'm now encountering an abnormally high repair failure rate, around 90%. Despite the classical error message, I'm still always able to repair the files with an external software (QuickPar in this case) with the parity files that SABnzbd+ downloaded. A...

Re: Hashed downloading speed
I started a download this morning. Unfortunately, the Task Manager closed so I can't say if speed was constant. Anyway, looking at average speed in history gives me a nice 2500KB/s instead of the 2350KB/s I had with the hashed downloads so I suspect the problem is gone. Interesting is that I changed...

Re: Hashed downloading speed
I thought I gave a lot of details :P So here are more: I am using Vista x86 on a E4300 with 2Gb DDR2. My download speed is 2500KB/s. I was using a RAID0 of 3 disks, I am now with one Samsung Spinpoint F1 1Tb. Large queue: well, something like hundreds of 200Mb's files. I checked once more and it se...

Re: NZB hangs in history with queue status, what gives?
I am experiencing this also. For me, the problem is that SABnzbd+ tries to open a .nzb before its download completion. For large .nzb's, it can takes up to 10 seconds to download. If the folder monitoring time is smaller than the time needed to download the .nzb, SABnzbd+ will try to load it and fai...

Hashed downloading speed
Hi everyone, For a few days now, the Web interface of SABnzbd+ is quite slow. It takes up to one minute to refresh the queue or to save settings. In addition I noticed the executable to be more CPU demanding. Today I saw it had an impact on speed. The speed is now "hashed": it is at 100% f...
