My passwords are correct and i still get the same error any other idea's?????

the files that i tried to download were no more then 10 days old i believe.  i will have to check that when i get home.  but last night i was trying to download a show that was just on TV that night and got the same thing.  I tried to download it about a half hour after it was on.
