I know this wouldn't be everyone's default behavior, however for me I would prefer when it downloads a duplicate it would overwrite the old one.  Here is my example scenario: My RSS feed first picks up Lost.S05E11.HDTV.XviD-XOR, about 3 hours later it automatically downloads Lost.S05E11.PROPER.HDTV....
