I know it the past if i changed the speed to 50% it would reduce the speed, when i reduce this number now nothing happens and my speed stays the same, even after it has refreshed a few times.

Is this a know issue?

Both, i was downloading at a constant 6-7mb/s prior and now gets to about 3 max also when downloading via the latest version the whole of Firefox seems to be really laggy and slow and sometimes unresponsive.

Same here I don't recall ever seeing a username or password, this means I have to leave all settings as default otherwise I get this issue

I am finding that each time i make changes to any settings my sabnzbd asked me for a username and password when i save the settings, i then lose any access to the program and have to restore a backup of the ini file?

does anyone know why, i am not sure how to fix it?
