Re: Anime Renaming? (Absolute to Season Format)
After years of manually renaming files and using various renaming programs, I have found one that has a very high success rate. Specials can be problematic and some times I have to process twice - initally through TVrage or AniDB before processing through TVDB. I use YAMJ with PopcornHour so I need...

Re: Read categories and priority from filename
Thanks, it's exactly what I've been looking for.
the {{xx}} thing must be whatever you have put in custom, meaning if you made a category called "ubuntu linux" you have to call the nzb file or zip file containing nzb's {{ubuntu linux}}name_of_file.zip
Thanks, you can close this thread.

Read categories and priority from filename
Hi, I wonder if you guys can implement this idea. Suppose I have two files, one is "filea.nzb" and the other is "fileb.nzb.zip" which in and of itself contains "filec.nzb", "filed.nzb", "filee.nzb". If I add them to the watch folder as is, Sabnzbd wi...

Re: Stopped down loading
Downloading continued after I simply deleted the first two queue items. After that, everything went back to normal. I have no idea how or why these items were affecting the downloads, but I'm finishing the queue in order to reinstall sab as it is not working optimally (loading nzbs make sab become u...

Re: Stopped down loading
Sorry for taking this long to answer. Yes, I tried NewsLeecher and it could download files fine. I will be trying to uninstall Sabnzbd completely while preserving only my queue file and basic settings, and see if I can replicate this non-downloading madness or get rid of it, as soon as I have some s...

Re: Stopped down loading
Mine also simply stopped downloading. I thought that my ISP throttled me, but this wasn't trhe case. It simply stopped downloading once it ifinished a file, so the next in line has 0 downloaded bytes. I thought it was the server then, and then I fired Newsleecher and that one downloaded without prob...

Re: Sabnzbd won't start
Sorry for the belated reply, but I formatted my windows installation (manually backed up the sabznd settings folder, you should make it a little easier to move installations around but I guess that the current way is probably the best way) and reinstalled it. Now it works. When I retraced my steps, ...

Sabnzbd won't start
After upgrading Microsoft security essentials and having to do a reboot, I am greeted with the message: Please see the sabnzbd (x86) log file bla bla The content of the log file is as follows: Exception in thread CP WSGIServer Thread-24: Traceback (most recent call last): File "threading.pyo&...

SabNZBD won't start in the background of WHS (have to log in instead)
Version: 0.5.0 Final OS: Windows Home Server (Windows Server 2003) Install-type: Windows Installer Firewall Software: None Are you using IPV6? no Is the issue reproducible? yes As explained in the title, the SabNZBD program will only start if I log in. In the event of a power outage, after which my ...

Also, if you delete a queue item, its nzb should move to a "deleted" folder.

Move completed .nzb's to a "completed" folder instead of bak
Well yeah, pretty much move completed .nzb's to a "completed" folder instead of the "bak" folder. In this case, if you have a catastrophy and lose your whole queue, you already know which ones have been downloaded (and completed). There could also be a "failed" folder f...

Re: Tnx!
Since I can now access it reliably over my home network using other computers and a standard internet browser, it's not really important at all. Only maybe for the sake of completeness or ease of install for some users (drag and drop a SAB add-in to install the whole thing on your WHS remotely, perh...

Tnx!
Tnx for the unbelievable work. I have been with SAB for years, but some recent versions have let me down, enough that I have had to switch to Alt.Binz. The thing is, with 0.50 RC3, you seem to have done a truly excellent job to get SAB up to speed again. And for this I thank you. Thanks for the grea...

Re: Pause of Live Updates
Tnx for the reply, shypike.
I set it at about 3 minutes, but it still would give me weird pause after I tried to change something in a particualr job.
