I have the same version of sab and am using astraweb as well and every time I have had this problem I've noticed there is a proper release shortly after (usually 720p TV episodes). Other than that I cannot say I experience this.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the problem, just disable SAB sorting and use Sick Beard post processing and there'll be no problems with different names. I see.
