Setting download throttle through API
I think it would be nice for SABnzbdGUI and other 3rd party tools if you could set the download throttle of SAB with a simpel API command.

If you're a Windows user you can use my tool, SABnzbdGUI (www.jer00n.nl). It has a 'temporary pause' feature with custom minute/second settings.

Hi, Indeed there are some (big ::) ) problems with getting SABnzbdGUI to work with SABnzbdplus and especially when you use fancy templates like Plush.
