When rebuilding of the download fails, sometimes compatible pars can be found in reposts, it would be nice to be able to restart the PAR/UNRAR action on failed downloads e.g. after manually placing missing PARS in the download directory.

When using both free and paid servers, it could be usefull to disable paid servers for posts that are of minor importance, so that download stops when the post cannot be found on free server.
