OK...I found the solution for this problem...I asked on the newznab irc and they knew just what to do.
in Sab go to config -> Categories -> Groups / Indexer tags
type in Cat*

for example
Movies*
books*
xxx*
tv*

for sub folders it´s Cat*Subfolder

Thank you...I could figure that out about the delete. but didnt count on that I had to make the folder when it was set from default.
When the movies folder was created automatically, I counted on that the consoles folder would be too.
