Re: previous tv sorting was working, now no longer
old one is nzbs.org, new is omgwtfnzbs I know you have the disclaimer about it not being very robust, but it worked perfectly previously, just kind of caught me off guard as it is parsing categories and everything else correctly, just no longer renaming it totally correct, and sorting it to the corr...

previous tv sorting was working, now no longer
Sabnzbd: 2.3.8 [0dd1f64] MacOS Mojave 10.14.4 (18E226) Previously working fine tv renaming, now no longer sanitizes the names as per the parameters: %sn/Season %s/%sn - S%0sE%0e - %en.%ext The result is now for example: Chicago Med - S04E21 - 720p HDTV x264-xxx.mkv Whereas previously it would be: Ch...

transferring sab to a new computer
So, I thought I had the right idea, but its not working! In any case, I got a new mac and want to transfer my working sab install to the new machine (history, servers, etc, there is nothing in queue). What I thought would be the way was to install sab on new machine, then replace the contents of Use...

2.3.7beta1
Since installing 2.3.7beta1 every job added from my RSS feed fails within a few seconds of being added. It fails due to 'cannot be completed' If I then simply click the retry button, it continues the job and finishes without issue. I also had one job that was manually added fail exactly the same way...

exempt certain downloads from cleanup list?
As the subject asks, is there a way to exempt certain jobs from the cleanup list. Some jobs I wish to download and move/unpack, others I would just like to download, repair, then move. For example, most jobs are posted in rar files. Sometimes sab leaves behind rar files for jobs that are unpacked, s...

Re: NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID
@safihre Thank you for the suggestion. That did indeed work. Generated both a new cert as well as key. While it did still give the unsecure warning, I am now able to fully proceed and view the page again. As an aside, part of my problem was once I logged in via http it was no longer showing me advan...

NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID
As topic indicates, now receiving that error in chrome (beta) as well as stable channel and can no longer view sabnzbd in a browser. All options below were previously working. Also tried Safari, same issue, though it allows me to supposedly update system settings to view, but when entering admin pas...

Re: Sabnzbd keeps crashing and Mac mounted drive not available immediately upon startup
Thanks for the advice. I've made both of the changes, will have to try to figure out how to get my mac to connect to the mounted drive after start up. Any ideas? Simply go to system preferences > users & groups > login items click the '+', from there add the drive you want to be mounted.

2.3.0Alpha1 [c32bcea]: config > special

2.2.0b1 wiped my hard drive
Let me preface by saying I just updated to beta 2, and hopefully fixes this issue. I have also since disabled direct unpack, in case its related. Mac OS X 10.9.5 Target drive is USB connected to a Mac mini that I run PLEX on. So not sure exactly what the issue is/was but sab is deleting all files of...

Re: have begun getting 'unusable rar' error
Does it happen 1) consistently 2) randomly 3) with specific NZB files? I get the unusable error consistently, though sab does not always report it in the email as failed. I havent looked close enough yet to see a pattern, but every download that goes to a category that has a *, will get the unusabl...

Re: have begun getting 'unusable rar' error
Is there some kind of older stray RAR file in the final destination? Possibly SABnzbd want to keep unpacking that one. No, there is no rar files left over. Occasionally, a file or two that I have set to be cleaned up, will be left behind (Im guessing because sab thought it was failed and aborted pr...

Re: have begun getting 'unusable rar' error
Yes, it works fine either way. I just no longer wish to have the result of the download to be in a job folder.shypike wrote:Does everything work OK when you leave out the * ?
Unusable RAR files can happen anyway.
Been using sab for years, never had it happen until I used the *

have begun getting 'unusable rar' error
I recently changed some categories so that I could save the resulting downloads without creating a job folder (Ending the path with an asterisk * will prevent creation of job folders.). This has at times resulted with it being reported as a failed download with the stage failure 'Unusable Rar file'....
