i ahve the same problem. I cannot monitor a remote sabnzbd installation on my WHS server. I can reach it by browser but X can't find it or says it's not started. I tried the killing of the .plist file with no luck.

how far back is the rentention on the search? I did a test search and it only goes back about 30% to max retention...
