Re: GUI won't load in browser - been working fine for years
There is no icon. I have SAB starting as a system task using task scheduler. It starts upon boot. I just disabled that task startup schedule. and launched SAB. Now I have the icon but I wonder.... my bookmark to load SAB was 192.168.1.50:8080 (which would not load). I recently changed a setting in S...

GUI won't load in browser - been working fine for years
I went to check if there were any failed/incomplete downloads in SAB this morning as I do each week but when I went to log in, the GUI wouldn't load. I've tried in Chrome and FF. I get the little SAB icon on my browser, and in Windows 7 task manager, SAB shows running in the processes tab. I restart...

Re: error in Sickrage log regarding connections to SAB
Done. Thank you very much. Odd that in SAB, the listening address was 0.0.0.0.
I'll report back here in a couple of days to say if this took care of the problem. Thanks!

Re: error in Sickrage log regarding connections to SAB
Ok - thank you for the input. I went ahead and changed the address in SickRage to point to SAB at http://127.0.0.1
We'll see if this takes care of it as of tomorrow.
Thanks!

Re: error in Sickrage log regarding connections to SAB
Thanks for the response! Ok, first off - sorry for not leading with more information, that was totally my fault. My Sickrage and SAB installations are on the same windows 7 machine. I am able to log into SAB from other machines at the address 192.168.1.50:8080. My Sickrage SAB config points to //loc...

How to update SABnzbD if running through task scheduler
I'm using windows 7 Ultimate 64. I got tired of having to log into the user account in which SAB was installed originally, in order for SAB to initialize after boot. So, instead, I set up a task using task scheduler and it runs sabnzbd.exe regardless of whether or not any user accounts are logged in...

Unable to figure out what folder to process.
All of a sudden, I am getting this error on all of my shows which are sent from SB. I've checked my folders settings in SAB and all are well, nothing has changed. SB and SAB run on the same machine and the media is stored on a USB hard disk connected to the router. I recently changed the router firm...

Nzb's stating large completion time, slow speed
Lately, I've noticed more and more, an NZB is added to the queue, let's say a file 2GB in size. SAB reports estimated time left around 800-1100 minutes and the speed is 1K. However, the download progress moves so quickly, something like 100MB/10sec or so. Anyhow, I forget what happens when it finish...

OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion - unable to get rid of down arrow
Despite the fact that I have created the notDisplayMenu file according to the SAB wiki, SAB refuses to lose the down arrow in my menu bar. This worked fine in Lion however. Time to completely remove SAB and start over? BTW, what is the correct method to completely remove SAB if that's the case? than...

One show won't process. why?
I was downloading a series and one of the episodes no matter what I do won't complete. It finishes downloading but instead of unpacking, just says "moving" for about 10 minutes. Then it appears it is done but, the folder doesnt seem unpacked. It's got a bunch of par files and no MKV like t...

[windows] Verify name from themoviedb?
Is there already an existing script that will: 1) read in the movie name from the folder name (presuming the folder is named 'movie name 2009 Xvid AC3 720p' etc) 2) check the movie name against themoviedb.org 3) rename the folder and file name accordingly ? Does that sound like a complicated script?...
