SABnzbd likes to randomly stop downloading

Platform: OSX ISP: Time Warner/Road Runner Provider: SuperNews Since I've moved and switched to Road Runner, sabnzbd likes to download a file for a while then randomly turn "off" - my download speed suddenly goes to 0 KB/s. Most of the time, restarting sabnzbd will start my download again....

Re: SABMobile: Manage SABnzbd+ from iOS/Android/Windows Phon

I was able to make nzbmatrix searches work by comletely removing the search and manually adding it.

Now I have separate problem though. The settings aren't sticking, and I'm not sure why. Twice in a row I've woken up, started SABMobile, and it asks me to add a server again. Any idea why?

Re: SABMobile: Manage SABnzbd+ from iOS/Android/Windows Phon

Love the app (for iOS) but I'm having an issue - when I try and search with NZBMatrix I never get any results. I've copy and pasted the API and my username is correct.

Also, is there any way to use SABMobile if you have a username/password setup for SABnzbd?

Re: [OSX] Preventing SABNZBD from creating folder in /volume

Ah okay, then the incomplete folder is the one forcing sabnzbd to create a file path for a fake attached drive. My incomplete folder is on an external hard drive, and sometimes I run sabnzbd when it isn't attached.

[OSX] Preventing SABNZBD from creating folder in /volumes?

I have my complete folder in a networked drive, and occasionally the drive isn't connected to my computer. When this happens, sabnzbd notices that my complete path is incorrect, and remedies this by creating its own folder path in /volumes/. Is there any way to disable this functionality? Whenever t...

Whoops, that was my issue. I'm surprised it isn't a default setting! Thanks!

Re: CouchPotato - Automatic Movie Downloader via NZB & Torre

For some reason, any movie I snatch with Couch Potato doesn't have it's category changed in sabnzbd, which means the CouchPotato script isn't selected and it gets stuck in my Usenet folder. I'm pretty sure I set everything up correctly, I was able to set up Sickbeard's script and everything it snatc...

Re: Issues Downloading/Unpacking to a Network Drive

Still haven't figured it out. I went ahead and made sure I had Xcode 4.2 installed, I installed yEnc, and I downloaded and tried SABnzbd-0.6.7-osx-src.tar.gz and SABnzbd-0.6.7-src.tar.gz. I cd'd into the sabnzbd folder and ran it, but was still unable to write to the network drive. I e-mailed anothe...

Re: Issues Downloading/Unpacking to a Network Drive

OK, you're using the native Python interpreter from Lion for SickBeard. I'm afraid you'll have to wait until we can create a DMG based on Lion's Python. I'm almost sure that the problem is in differences between SnowLeopard's Python and Lion's. You could run SABnzbd in the same way as SickBeard, ho...

Re: Issues Downloading/Unpacking to a Network Drive

From you logging, I'd say that OSX has an issue with the external drive. The logging says: IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/volumes/AiDisk_a2/Usenet/_UNPACK_BlaBla/BlaBla - Bla [1986].mp3' Given that the Python interpreter is also Apple's, it's an Apple problem. How do you run SickBeard? Th...

Re: Issues Downloading/Unpacking to a Network Drive

I went ahead and forwarded my log file. If anyone else is curious to see what it's spitting out, here's what it gave me when I replicated the issue: 2011-08-07 17:52:20,960::INFO::[postproc:529] Par2 check finished on BLAHBLAH 2011-08-07 17:52:20,985::INFO::[misc:718] Creating directories: /volumes/...
