Capped Download speeds?
I have tried everything the wiki manual has advised and a few other forum sources as well. I have over 30mbs download speeds but I am only able to download at a MAXIMUM of 2.5mbs. When i first start up Sabnzbd it will spike close to 7 and steadily decrease its way down to 2.5mbs and hold. Is there i...
