SabNZBD to SickBeard https port
Recently switched my SickBeard configuration to run in https on the localhost port 8082. I've updated my autoProcessTV.cfg to reflect these changes (supplying host, port, username, and password), but SabNZBD seems to be having trouble post-processing. Here is an example of the error log: Loading con...

Re: Web Server questions
Would port forwarding be the same as port mapping? That's the only option I have on my router.

Web Server questions
Is the web server supposed to be accessible by any device outside of your network or is it only meant to be accessed within your network? If it is only accessible by devices on the same network, is there any way to make it so that I can access Sabnzbd anywhere?

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
Perfect! Now Ports 8080 and 9090 show as Open and I can access both sites from both the host and the client. Onto the next step! Which is...?

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
Alright, so to go over my settings again to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. These are the settings on my host machine: SABnzbd Host: 0.0.0.0 SABnzbd Port: 8080 HTTPS Port: 9090 From my host machine, I cannot access either http://192.168.1.2:8080/sabnzbd/ nor https://192.168.1.2:9090/sabnzbd/...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
Ah, okay. That didn't work either. I can't seem to get whatsmyip.org to recognize 8080 as an open port, which must mean that my settings are borked somehow. My SAB is set up to use https if that makes any difference. I've added a second port forwarding setting on my router for port 9090 which is the...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
I'm sorry, I'm just confused about the whole process. The IP address of my system running SABnzbd is 192.168.1.2 . When I set up my port mapping, I have set Public/Private TCP port as 8080. It also asks for a private IP address here, which I have set the same as my host machine: 192.168.1.2 . I may ...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
I don't think there is any firewall active on my router. How do I access SAB via another computer with the IP address? I'm on my laptop and I tried http://0.0.0.0 but that didn't work. Is this the IP address I should be trying?

Re: Unpacking failed, an expected file was not unpacked
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. Hmm that seems strange to me then because I don't think I've modified any settings aside from post-processing.

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
If it says Open, you can proceed. I set up everything according to your suggestions, but testing the port keeps generating a "Port 8080 Timed-out" error. I've turned off Windows Firewall in order to make sure it wasn't blocking any connections. I don't have any other firewall or anti-viru...

Unpacking failed, an expected file was not unpacked
Hi all, I am receiving this error message for all of the NZBs that I try to download. Hovering over the error shows this: Unpacking failed, these file(s) are missing: How.I.Met.Your.Mother.S07E14.46.Minutes.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-CtrlHD.mkv I'm not sure I understand the error, since the .mkv file w...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
Depends where you get your nzb's from. If you use NZBMatrix as a VIP, all you need to do is Bookmark the nzb. Then using SAB's RSS feed reader (?), SAB will periodically Poll your NZBMatrix bookmarks and download anything you've set, with categories. This is extremely helpful information. Trying th...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
A much simpler method would be to get a DropBox Account , set it up as SABnzbd's watch folder and then just save your nzb's, from any machine in your DropBox folder . This way you don't have to open SAB up to the internet. If you slao create the subfolders in your DropBox folder that match your cat...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
I've set up the listening host as 0.0.0.0 on my desktop (host). Taking a look through my router settings, I see Port Mapping . Is this the setting that I want? It asks for these fields: Service (drop-down list): Personal File Sharing, Windows Sharing, Personal Web Sharing, Remote Login - SSH, FTP Ac...

Re: Grab NZB Laptop -> Desktop
The hostname that will be used to access sabnzbd. The default of localhost will only allow access from the computer running sabnzbd. Change to 0.0.0.0 (unless using vista) or leave it empty (auto-finds local ip address) to be able to access from other pcs in your network. For more information see c...
