Hi All sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm not an idiot but can't get my head round this!! ??? My music, films, etc all download to C:\Users\Rutter\Desktop\Complete I then, for example, have to manually transfer my films to X: My-Movies (\\IomegaTV) It's not a massive pain but I'd like than when...

Oh right throttling. Didn't realise it was the same thing. I thought this was carried out at certian times ie peak times? This is happening anytime I download.

Hi. Newbie question. Windows seven PC. Supernews usenet group. Virgin broadband 10meg connection. Using port 443 ssl. when I first start to download I get 1.2MB (which I know for some is slow but, I'm happy with). Then after a while it drops off to 300MB.
