Re: TV Episiode Renaming
Is this an April's Fool? This option has been there forever... Open SABnzbd. Config -> Sorting.

Re: Wake-on-LAN
You need special firmware on your router, from what I gather. It's not as easy as just forwarding a port. You need to create ARP entries for broadcast packet to be... excuse the redundancy... broadcasted.

0.7.4 getting stuck
My 0.7.4 instalation is getting stuck, and I have to shutdown and restart so it starts downloading again.
All connections show 'timeout', but strangely I am able to connect and test the servers fine.
Shutdown, restart, and download resumes.
Anyone else experiencing a similar problem?

Further Notification Flexibility
This feature would fall under Notifications. You can call it "Enable URL notifications". Here you enter a URL that includes a variable name that get's replaced by the message being notified by SABnzb. An option for username password would also help This would allow us to use other APIs to ...

Re: Automatic Purge (in Schedule maybe? or via API)
Great. That will work for now. Hopefully, there will be a way to schedule it at some point later on (for users that use RSS instead of the API). (I've been deploying media centers to several customers using SABnzbd, XBMC, etc). Most of the users never use the GUI at all, since everything is set up t...

Automatic Purge (in Schedule maybe? or via API)
Is there a switch available to have your History purge automatically after 24 hours of so? I have many friends running SABnzbd automatically, with almost no human intervention, yet sometimes downloads fail, and they pile up in your history, until they the failed NZB files get purged. Or if a switch ...

Replace File switch.
I requested this over in the beta forum, but wanted to request it properly on the Feature Request forum. The suggestion is to have a custom or advanced swich to allow "file replacements". Right now I can have FILEXYZ.MKV and if I download a higher quality version (or a proper version), it ...

Re: Unmatched Directory
Files that do not have SxxExx or date, for example, but have an indexer TV tag. (these kinds of files -- without season/episode/date -- are not picked up by Plex/XBMC/Boxee/etc.

Unmatched Directory
Can an option be added in "sorting" (or in "folders") to specify a final directory when a file cannot be matched to any TV show or any Movie? Even tough I get nzbs from my provider with TV or Movie tags, sometimes they are not matched to anything, and I think having the option to...

Re: Final Destination in Network
As a fellow developer, sometimes I end up re-writing code, even tough it works fine, or the added value is minimal. It's like thorn on my side, when there's something being done that way it's not supposed to, that doesn't go away. In the end, sometimes a rewrite is better, because you end up making ...

Final Destination in Network
Shypike, I am downloading on a Windows box, and want to move the final files to my network NAS. I want to repair/unpack the files locally on the Windows box, and move the final file to the NAS (since repairing/unpacking directly on the NAS is much slower, since it's being done over the network). I t...
