Re: Set RSS Checking Interval Per Feed
Understood. While I get that most people are using the *rrs (Sonarr, Radarr, etc.) for all kinds of automation nowadays, I am a big fan of keeping things simple and efficient if at all possible. Like Sab itself, you might say :) E.g. for comics or audiobooks. Why set up a convoluted watchdog that pa...

Re: Set RSS Checking Interval Per Feed
It's been a while..
Still feel myself longing for this feature from time to time.
Any chance for an implementation sometime in the future?

Re: Replacement nzb provider for Newzbin2.es?
Seems regs are closed on many of the good newznab-based sites these days.. During the "nzbs.org scare" I tested almost all free (and paid in free mode) alternatives. While none was able to take the crown from nzbs.org, nzb.su and [censored] (great limits for free users back then; reg close...

Re: Farewell Mysterbin
NZBClub seems to be the only other halfway decent raw search indexer besides NZBIndex and Binsearch. Especially the retention is nice. Too bad it does not offer the capability to search within archives like Mysterbin did. I have been scouring the net for an indexer with this feature, and all I could...

Farewell Mysterbin
Seems like Mysterbin has gone the way of the dodo :(. After being spoiled by a raw search indexer with deep rar inspection and 1300+ days of retention, going back to the simpler alternatives proves to be pretty annoying. Especially the capability to search within archives is sorely missed. It was ve...

Re: A few incompletes but Quick Check OK
Every now and again I've been having the exact same problem. Most recently today with 0.7.4RC2 and an nzb that was not even an hour old. The log shows nothing of significance: 2012-10-11 09:23:00,774::INFO::[postproc:534] Par2 check starting on Random.Show.S02E22.720p.HDTV.x264-SomeGroup 2012-10-11 ...

Re: pre queue script JAVA problem
That sab accepts the NZB whenever the script does not exit with 0 is understood. Which makes the situation with the above mentioned script (sab refusing every NZB with default/empty category) even stranger. Adapting the script to test for an empty variable and setting a pseudo value was no problem a...

Re: pre queue script JAVA problem
Using Ubuntu Server 10.04.4 LTS and sabnzbd 0.7.4RC2. Did some further testing with a script with some debug output and you were right - the problem is not setting variables, but setting an empty variable: #!/bin/bash name="$1" category="$3" size=$6 minsize=50000000 time="$(...

Re: pre queue script JAVA problem
No dice with either BASH or SH on Linux :/ The script works and returns the expected output, though, when executed directly in the shell. Also setting variables in the same manner in a post-processing script is no problem at all, though unlike the category variable they are never empty.. so maybe yo...

Re: pre queue script JAVA problem
I have run into similar issues while creating my pre-processing script. Apparently there seems to be a problem defining variables. This works: if [ "$3" = "tv" ] && [ $6 -le 50000000 ]; then accept=0 else accept=1 fi echo $accept This does not work: category="$3"...

Re: nzbdStatus: SAB Control & Monitoring and NewzBin Integra
I noticed another bug with the nzbindex.nl integration. The "send selected to server"-function is not working for me.
Any news regarding a new beta? Would love to test even pre-releases, if you need a tester.

Re: nzbdStatus: SAB Control & Monitoring and NewzBin Integra
Thank you very much for your reply. Take your time. I think everyone is glad that you took up the project at all :) The way the link catcher code works I'm not sure if it can be made to support any file without becoming a nuisance. Maybe a mode where when enabled the next download is caught, then it...

Re: nzbdStatus: SAB Control & Monitoring and NewzBin Integra
Thank you for your work on nzbdStatus, wolrah. A couple of things I noticed with the most recent beta from AMO: Was going almost crazy trying to figure out why the extension could not connect to sab, when by chance I realized it requires the URL to end with a trailing /. Would be nice if this limita...
