After my workaround I got a CRC error, so I ended up just trying for another release.

So here is what I had to do to "fix" it. 1. Pause Sabnzbd and reloaded the NZB file. 2. Compare the files in the NZB to the files that SAbnzbd has already downloaded. 3. I Found out I was missing r.100 and .r101. 4. Delete all files in the NZB except the files you want. 5. Unpause Sabnzbd...

I have a download that fails during unpacking with the error

ERROR:: unable to find "Download_Name.s00"

When I look in the incomplete directory I only see rar files (ie. "r00").
What is an "s" file?
