I dont see it using a lot of CPU unless you use the article cache, which I tried, and it actually did change a little bit.. like couple hundred kb/s.. Still like 5mb/s missing to get to the synology built in downoadstations speed

You think it can handle all the things Im planning to use the SABnzbd for? My plan was to use it together with sick beard, couchpotato and headphones + Iphone apps.
I want the functions to auto unrar and rename and move to different folders also..

I have 512MB RAM. Should I try some cache for this? My disks also has 64Mb cache (Im no computer expert so have no idea if thats gonna be useful). Hi I got a new synology DS411 NAS with latest firmware and I got version 0.7.0 of SABnzbd installed on it. Im using 7200rpm HDD drives in a RAID5 config. I found a new source for the softwares that seems to work. http://www.synocommunity.com/ for those who has my problems.. It has a newer version of sabnzbd and seems to have more addons. Now its just the rest left... and config sabnzbd together with some nzbsearch provider, config sickbeard and coach...

You shouldn't need to create the account. I believe if you just set the permissions under 'folders' > 'completed downloads folder' to 777 in your sabnzbd, you should be fine. If you don't do this, SAB will download your files and put them where you want them but you won't have permissions to them. ...
