I diff'd the files, and saved the report.

If you are saving the nzb files to a folder, is it possible sab could add like -enc or something to the filename so we can see if its encrypted, etc

When unpacking files, the amount of free memory drops like a brick, and snaps back as soon as the unpacking is done.
