If I have an episode in the backlog queue and at some point sick has snatched an nzb/post will sick scan for this episode again? Does sick know if something fails to download in sab? Does it blacklist a post that fails and omit...

Running 4.9 on Jaunty. Had an issue where I could not get the download rate over 500KB/s with SAB taking 100% of one cpu core. Tried changing settings and disks with no joy.
