Apologies Safihre, I was doing two things at once and got confused.
I meant to write that the server closes the connection when I connect with 2 servers to NGD but not with 1.

Re: Sab stuck
I have been messaging with Newsgroup Direct again who confirm I can have multiple servers connected without issue as long as I don't exceed 50 connections. I only had 10. To summarise the problem: When connected to two Newsgroupdirect servers and trying to download a missing article, sab reports ser...

Re: Sab stuck
Hello, Apologies for the slow reply. It would appear that having two NewsgroupDirect servers (Holland and Germany) was the issue. I had both added on the basis that the files may be deleted from one but not the other. The result was that when sab searched the second server for the missing file the c...

Re: Sab stuck
I'm sorry I didn't realise I was supposed to do the fresh start with only one server.
It was quite a bit of work to set everything up again - will only adding one server make enough of a difference to justify the time? If yes, I'll crack straight on!

Re: Sab stuck
Thanks for getting back in touch and taking another look. I thought this was disabling the speed limit: https://i.imgur.com/pGIYdi1.jpg It's there just in case I forget to turn the speed limits off. I don't have the issue I'm experiencing with every NZB, its only been a few so far. I can have one do...

Re: Sab stuck
Thank you for your reply! Really appreciate you helping with this. Please find a new paste: https://pastebin.com/WUMTHgM0 API key and public IP changed for security. Seems like some missing articles and then the server closes the connection resulting in sab sitting there doing nothing. Not terminati...

Re: Sab stuck
Hello, Thank you for your replies. I spoke to the newsgroup company and they said that I would likely see this behaviour as the articles I was trying to download have been removed by DMCA takedowns. I've tried a fresh install and no luck, it still tries to download at a tiny speed (B/s). I've tested...

Re: Sab stuck
I've made the changes and loaded in some NZBs but I'm still getting the same problem:
https://pastebin.com/BXCN8n4R
I'll approach the server and ask them for support too.

Re: Sab stuck
Thank you for your help. I will try all suggestions. I had the cipher settings on there following a sab guide on how to max out your internet speed. I have 1GBps but only seem to be hitting 25MB/s. Sab only got stuck on a few NZBs not all but I'll try the above on those nzbs and let you know. Thanks...

Sab stuck
Hello all, Have tried searching for help but others problems don't appear similar. I have check before download off. However Sab gets stuck on some downloads. Sometimes it gets stuck at the start (0%) earlier today it got stuck at 56%. The download speed falls to something like 50b/s (yes bytes per ...

Re: Mini PC running Sab - Buyers help needed
I get about 50mb/s at the moment from the ISP, but hoping that it will go up soon.
I'll do some research on processors then, do you think 1gb RAM is enough?
Thanks again for your help

Mini PC running Sab - Buyers help needed
Hi Guys, Which mini-PC should I use for Sabnzbd without XBMC? I've done quite a bit of searching but can't find anything specific to this set-up, maybe someone can point me in the right direction, as there's so much to chose from! I have a powerful HTPC which currently runs all my Sab operations and...

Re: Error: path too long! Is there a workaround?
You can trim paths in Config->Special->folder_max_length Set it to something like 50, so that no individual path element can be above 50. Hi, I have followed your advice and changed it to 50 but I'm still getting the error on multiple downloads. The downloads go to 'E:\unsorted movies', so the base...
