Re: iPhone notification via Prowl
Sorry to bump the old thread, but to make idmanagers script work, do I still need the prowl.py file and httplib2?

Upgrading Sabnzbd - Question
Hey guys I followed this guide: http://www.nasdestruction.com/tutorial-installing-debian-squeeze-sabnzbd-sickbeard-couchpotato-headphones-d-link-dns-320-dns-325/ To get Sabnzbd installed and running. As I understand it, I'm running from source. To update Sabnzbd is it just a simple case of downloadi...

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
No, I get nothing, it's as though the program doesn't think I've pressed a button. It just displays a message saying it's sent the mail.

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
Thanks.
I updated those fields with Sabnzbd stopped. Every field stays full apart from 'email from' field, which resets when Sabnzbd is launched. It also doesn't send the email although the details are correct.
Thanks for trying but it might just be worth abandoning.

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
I can try that, can you confirm which fields I need to enter my email username and password in?
*Edit*
I found the username field and if I add the information to the .ini file, it works fine
Now I just need to find out where the other fields are to add information, such as passwords!

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
Sab is running on Debian, the browser is running on OS X.
I'll try clearing the browsers cache now.

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
Er, no I don't run any. If I put them in and click save, they stay in the boxes, however if I navigate away from the notifications page, and come back. They've vanished again. Only the top 2 boxes of the email section remain filled.shypike wrote:Do you have some password manager interfering?

Series RSS feed - Don't want all items
Hey guys, I have just setup a series RSS feed to one of my sites. I have put a filter on it to grab 1080p content only. The problem is, the show is halfway through the season and I already have the first 13 episodes. However, because I haven't downloaded them from Sabnzbd+ with this RSS feed, Sab is...

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
Firefox, latest build. It also does the same in Safari.
It's also not saving the tickboxes, like when I tick the 'Send RSS notifications' box.

Re: Sabnzbd won't send emails.
Hi,
yes, I did.
The only thing I didn't do was give it a template. Do I need to do that?
After I save the settings and leave notifications page, if I come back to it, some information is missing, like username/password and the 'send email from'. Is this supposed to happen>

Re: Wake-on-LAN
An external site will never be able to wake up your system. Wake-on-lan is just that: it works within your own LAN. This is not strictly true. You can use Wake on Lan remotely to wake a sleeping PC, but not to wake a shutdown one. If the interface has an IP address, you can use port forwarding to w...
