Win Server 2008 R2 64-bit. (new installation)
Sabnzbd 5RC6, issue first seen on 4.12

Network traffic seems to intermittantly hang while trying to access Sabnzbd via web.  None of the other applications do this, just Sabznbd. Even running SAB as admin.  Anyone else seen this?

Found my problem.  rogue version of python was still on my system.

The only difference is the daemon switch.  I've tried as the user, sudo and as root.  I've also tried with an absolute path as well as running it from within the directory. 

I am unable to start sabnzbd in daemon mode and it gives the error "Sorry, requires Python module Cheetah 2.0rc7 or higher."  But I'm able to run it in the forground just find.  I've removed and reinstalled cheetah and there are no errors during the install.  I'm at a loss as to what could...
