Hey guys this is amazing. I think this was my issue as well, there was an nzb hthat had a very long filename one it went into temp directory. At the time I never did figure it out so I just forced/deleted stuff until it fixed itself. I did check the log and there was no indication of what was amiss.

Version 0.7.9 Firefox 18.0.1 Windows 7 64 bit, installed using the Windows installer. I queued up a bunch of things and came back later an dit is PAUSED.
