Version 2.3.3 wont let sabnzbd start in a frame?
For the last 10 years or so, I've been using my dyndns (DDNS) service to be able to access my custom DDNS URL: http://mydomain.com:9086/sabnzbd as: http://sabnzbd.mydomain.com I actually do this for all other web services I have as well (Sonarr, Plexweb, etc). As soon as I upgraded from the last ver...

Re: sabnzbd with nzbdrone
After I disabled the remove setting in Sonarr, Sabnzbd STILL gives the errors on some downloads. However, at least SABNzbd doesn't completely stop when it gets those errors. Now that we know this issue isn't instigated by Sonarr (after successfully disabling Removal of failed downloads in Sonarr), h...

Re: sabnzbd with nzbdrone
Thanks for the quick Response Markus. So can you think of any way to avoid this condition? I'm curious what other users do in this case. Would I have to completely disable retrying in Sonarr for this issue to be avoided? Any other ways to avoid the issue?

Re: sabnzbd with nzbdrone
I'm curious was there ever a resolution to this issue (from either Sonarr or SABnzbd)? SABnzbd stops completely every time it runs into this error; requiring me to manually start it. Im not sure what caused this issue to start happening in the first place. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Noob: Easiest way to setup movie renaming post-processi
Yes, I saw your script. I was looking for something smart enough to handle both TV and movies since its more convenient for me to grab single TV episodes (not defined in NZBDrone) directly from my search index provider. I do the same thing for movies. But, yes, NZBDrone works very well for renaming ...

Windows System tray icon (hover over): Unpacking % Done
Is there a setting somewhere that can show more information in the system tray icon? Currently, the system tray icons shows "idle" when hovering the mouse over the icon; even though SABnzbd is busy unpacking something. I keep having to double-click to open my web browser just to see the st...

Re: Nested rars don't unpack to parent folder
Currently, under "Generic Sorting" I have the below string in the "sort string" field for "default" category. Im not even sure if it's enabled or not. %title (%y)/%title (%y).%ext So, if I just change that field to: %dn/%dn.%ext Would it prevent the issue I mentioned? S...

Re: Nested rars don't unpack to parent folder
Hi skypike, Thanks for the quick reply! I have a temp directory already defined for SABnzbd (installed on Windows); which seems to be working. I am not familiar with sorting very much. All I know is I dont need/want auto sorting for TV/Movies; since I have a post-processing script for that. What spe...

Nested rars don't unpack to parent folder
Once in a while, after extracting nested rars and cleanup, I end up having to go two folders deep to get to my video file. So, I end up having to manually move it to the parent folder; then, delete the unnecessary child folder . Is there a setting that makes SABnzbd smart enough to move all extracte...

Re: Noob: Easiest way to setup movie renaming post-processi
Sorry it took me so long to get back. To be honest I forgot. :) Actually, it looks like you're using the old version. The latest version is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3n7f5u70ouv20m1/PhoenixTools-1.0.8.zip I guess I might have been wrong, there aren't that many tools that do what Phoenix Rename...

Re: Noob: Easiest way to setup movie renaming post-processi
By your response, I'm guessing maybe there isn't such a plugin for SABnzbd. I thought for sure there might be one. Oh well. I've been using the multi-platform command line tool for some time "Phoenix Renamer" (works on Windows/Linux/Mac). Written in java. http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/sh...

Re: Noob: Easiest way to setup movie renaming post-processi
Thanks for the reply. OS: Windows 7 64bit. Original: D:\Downloads\the.movie.2013.1080p.Bluray.DTS.whatever\the.movie.2013.1080p.Bluray.DTS.whatever.mkv What I want it to change to: D:\Downloads\The Movie (2013)\The Movie (2013).mkv There are already several standalone apps that do exactly this (both...
