Thanks for the reply. I deleted the offending file and rebooted. The minus sign appeared on the right to delete the file and everything is back to normal. I am having the same problem on OSX Mavericks. SABNZB was working without problems but it is stuck on one file. It has moved down to the history area. There is no option to delete it.
