Correct, that IP is not part of my network, all of my IPs are 192.168.... etc
I am semi rural, so only one house close enough to have anyone detect my wifi, and even if I had an open network, they are so old I doubt they are capable of joining it, let alone of trying to access SAB.

Thanks, that fixed it. All completed with the RETRY option now that the Permissions were adjusted as per that link.

It's all working now. Not only was there a OS update for the Synology, there had been a Python update (Synocommunity). There was another Python update just posted - 2.7.9-13, once installed, I restarted SAB, and it all went back to normal and started downloading, everything is working as it should, ...
