Re: Login page rather than popup
I have this same request. Perhaps there is a workaround for this problem? Roboform worked fine for me. Switched over to lastpass and it does not work with the pop-up that Sabnzbd uses.

Re: Automatically apply a category to downloads based on keywords instead of ng-name
Do you mean the 0.6.x alpha?
If so, I will check that one out.

Re: Automatically apply a category to downloads based on keywords instead of ng-name
Hi, You assumed correctly ;) I appreciate the help and suggestions but it would not work for me because I use nzbStatus plugin for firefox that sends the .nzb directly to sab without user intervention (without first saving the .nzb to disk). I would like to automate the downloading process as much a...

Automatically apply a category to downloads based on keywords instead of ng-name
Hi, I download a lot of different things from the same couple of newsgroups. So for me, applying a category to a download based on the newsgroup-name doesn't really work. I would love to be able to use keywords instead. In that case, for instance, I could assign my 'ps3' games downloads to the prope...

Re: I suspect par2 multicore is not working, but not sure
-t- is better. That way verification is single core (which prevents disk trashing) and repair will be multi-core. Are you sure? Because the par2.exe command-line help says: "-t- to checksum/create/repair serially - uses a single thread - good for testing this program" I tested par2.exe ou...

I suspect par2 multicore is not working, but not sure
Hi, I installed sabnzbd 0.5.0 on my QuadCore running Vista 32, downloaded a big file (8 gb) that needed repair and while par2.exe was doing it's thing it seemed like the par2.exe process was not running higher than 25%. Does that automatically mean that multicore par is not occuring on my system? (y...

Re: Cannot start Sabbie anymore
It worked! Great tip. Now I can use 'localhost' in nzbStatus again.shypike wrote: On most systems 0.0.0.0 works well.
This special address will make it listen to the current IP address.
Leaving the host name blank or using the host name may work too.
We recommend the numerical IP only as a last resort.

Re: Cannot start Sabbie anymore
Thanks for your quick reply! It wasn't the port :'( It was the IP adress.... I have my router on DHCP so I should expect getting a different IP-adres once in a while. But it only changes once every six months or so... I didn't think of it. (I have to use an IP adres to start SAB because I want to ...

Cannot start Sabbie anymore
Hi, Since today I can't start Sabbie anymore (normally, it starts automatically). There is no intelligent error message, only to 'check my log file'. I checked it, but I need help making sense of it (see attachment). If someone could help me with this, I would be very thankfull! The only conscious c...

Trouble unpacking "archive.zip", "archive.z01", "archive.z02"
Hi all, I don't know if this is a bug or just a missing feature but recently I downloaded some stuff that was packaged with a .zXX extensions and SABNZBd didn't unpack it successfully. (winrar did) Is this a new kind of .zip archive? Or very old ;D Grtz, BonaParty Version: 0.5.0Beta5 OS: Vista32 In...
