Please think about unRAID for your server OS. It runs all those apps you listed as "plugins". I have 9TB unRAID 5.0.6 server and am very happy with it.

i think "temp folder" and "incomplete" are the same folder. i do not see separate folders for each of them on my system.

All, Have been using sab (and sickbeard) on Win 7 PC for 9+ months with no problem. Lately, i see the downloads are paused for no obvious reason. also, using the web interface was really really slow.
