Yeah I tried to look for the corresponding lines in the SAB log files, but could not find anything.

Which probably means its the script and not SAB. I assume the way to test would be to manually download a 7z file and see if it unpacks. (ok thanks for listening to me)

Hi having some issues with extracting 7z file in the new beta. Well, I dont really know where/what is causing the error as It could also be the post processing script, but thought I would start here. Below is the script output. I have 7z installed on the QNAP, so not sure if it cant find 7z or maybe...

Is there a better way for the package manager to check for the latest update?

Can you please update this file "http://sabnzbdplus.sourceforge.net/version/latest" with Beta3

The SABNZBD package for QNAP NAS checks this file each time it starts to see if there is a new version, but this file is still saying Beta1. (is there a reason?)
