@sander, so I started messing with this. Wasn't windows at all. Just restarted SAB and it then started working again.
Weird.

Re: IPv6 Free providers?
I checked newszilla6.xs4all.nl, and it works for me. In the SAB webinterface, click on the Wrench symbol to get to Status and interface options, and then under the tab Status:. What does "IPv6 address" say? As you run Windows, it could be a firewall problem Yeah, windows 10E CU. @sander. ...

Re: IPv6 Free providers?
Is your Ipv6 working at all? Can you reach ipv6. Goggle. Com? @sander Yup IPv6 is working. That's why I think there's something wrong with SAB? ``` Pinging ipv6.l.google.com [2607:f8b0:400a:808::200e] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 2607:f8b0:400a:808::200e: time=10ms Reply from 2607:f8b0:400a:80...

IPv6 Free providers?
I've been using newszilla6.xs4all.nl for a few months now, but seems to stop working for me? Anyone else?

Re: "Corrupt RAR file" almost always these days
@safihre
it's not a propagation problem for me. I tested with a bunch of old releases about 75% of them failed.

Re: "Corrupt RAR file" almost always these days
Seems to work better if I turn off "Post-Process Only Verified Jobs" but of course, nothing gets unpacked.
Is there a temp workaround right now?

Re: PAR2 operation consumes ALL I/O Disk
Hey @Safihre, okay, so did some testing, and I can't figure this out. For some reason, when it's "checking" it using about 75% of the total SSD drive's resources When it's extracting, it uses 100% and it DOES complete, but the entire system is almost non-responsive until it completes. See ...

Re: PAR2 operation consumes ALL I/O Disk
The par2_multicore parameter does not affect Multipar and will be removed in the next SABnzbd version (2.2.0). I am surprised you are having any issues at all with a 1GB SSD, my 512GB SSD does pretty well with Multipar. Maybe virusscanner? I have excluded the temporary directory from virus-scans. S...

Re: PAR2 operation consumes ALL I/O Disk
You are on 2.1.0, right? Here things changed. Make sure you have in Config > Switches, Multipar Enabled. Then set for Extra par2 parameters: "/lc1" This will only use 1 thread, limiting disk activity. https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/configuration/2.1/switches#multi-core-multipar Unfortunately Mu...

Re: PAR2 operation consumes ALL I/O Disk
Par2multicore will use all the cores it can get, it will use all. This also means that if you have for example 4 cores, there will be 4 cores reading from disk. Or when you have 8 cores (or threads) it will have 8 threads reading from disk. This is probably what is causing the strain on the disk. Y...

Re: Launch Failure IOError: (9, 'Bad file descriptor') [WIndows}
What happens if you run SABnzbd not as a service? Also, did you maybe just install a Windows update? Have you restarted your PC already? When not as a service it launches fine. Can I run the .exe manually defining my config file? so "sabnzbd.exe -f C:\Sabnzbd\sabnznbd.ini " No windows upd...

Lol, how is that NOT STANDARD? It's running as a windows service? Just because it's "not standard" doesn't mean it shouldn't work.sander wrote:Not standard.Code: Select all
