I was getting the same thing. Very slow downloads with 1.1.1 with 10 connections and no VPN. Backed down to 1.0.3 and things sped up considerably. Also 1.1.1 was sluggish. Long delays between clicking on a tab and it coming up, the queue completely corrupted yesterday, and it didn't want to quit fro...
