Re: Sabnzbd Won't Open In Firefox [Linux Mint]
Thanks shypike. That doesn't seem to to work. Here's the only way I can get Firefox to load sabnzbd: Step 1 : Run the following command from the terminal (or a shortcut): sabnzbdplus --browser 1 This opens sabnzbd in Opera, even though Firefox is set as the default browser. Step 2 : Leave Opera open...

Sabnzbd Won't Open In Firefox [Linux Mint]
I just reinstalled Firefox for reasons unrelated to sabnzbd. I'm using Linux Mint 12.04. I set Firefox as the default browser and verified that it was, in fact, the default browser. Nevertheless, sabnzbd opened in Chrome. So I uninstalled Chrome and sabnzbd opened in Opera. So I reinstalled sabnzbd....

Re: Can I edit the ini file to do this?
Yes. That's it! You solved my problem. I just opened "CookieCuller" (a Firefox add-on), protected all the localhost cookies, shut down SABnzbd+, restarted Firefox, restarted SABnzbd+, and all my settings were saved. Thanks shypike. You're the best.

Can I edit the ini file to do this?
Every time I open SABnzbd+ (version 0.5.4 - Linux Mint - Firefox), I always do the following: --Change: Plush Options > Refresh Rate to 2 seconds (instead of the default 30 seconds). --Uncheck: Plush Options > Confirm History Deletions --Change "Queue" drop-down list from 10 to 30 --Change...

Re: Migrating to the official sabnzbd package - Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04
I'm no expert, but I see nobody has responded yet, so I'll give it a try. I had the same error messages in Ubuntu Jaunty. I finally got things to work by doing this: 1) First I edited the "/etc/hosts" file and changed the localhost to my static IP address (for me that is 192.168.1.103). W...

[SOLVED] How do I disable logging altogether?
Here's the ini file section:
[logging]
enable_cherrypy_logging = 1
log_level = 1
max_log_size = .001M
log_backups = 0
If I do not want ANY logging whatsoever (no sabnzbd.log and no cherrypy.log) what does the ini file need to include? Thanks.

Port Error
Hi, I'm not getting any replies, so I'll rewrite this. I've tried a number of things. The problem is this: I'm getting the following error when trying to load sabnzbdplus: Welcome to sabnzbdplus 0.4.11 SABnzbd needs a free tcp/ip port for its internal web server. Port 8080 on localhost was tried , b...
