I have an I7-4930k, 6 cores / 12 HyperThreaded running at 3.40Ghz. That version above works. CPU is at 17-20% while running. Just downloaded some 50G without issue.

I normally download at ~90-100MB/Sec w/2.3.2 and after the installation of 2.3.3, the first 5-10 seconds speeds ramp up to normal, and then drops to 13 MB/sec, and holds there.
