Re: Untrusted certificate [Eweka, newshosting, Let's encrypt R3]
So far I’ve deleted the intermediate and root certificates mentioned in Windows 10 and I’m still having my problem. Trying Gr33nsn’s steps next Interesting... You only deleted expired certificates correct? On my system I had one expired X3 certificate In the user certificate store that needed to be...

Re: Untrusted certificate [Eweka, newshosting, Let's encrypt R3]
Sadly as a Windows beta tester running Windows 11, i got that certificate info from Easynews who were aware of this problem. Unfortunately you can't access the certificates [not on the beta anyway] as you can on win 10 etc. I told them as it releases on October the 5th it might be worth their while...

Re: Untrusted certificate
Anyone know how to resolve this on a Synology? Checked all the ".pem" files I could for the offending "DST Root CA X3" cert and removed it from essentially all the python versions. No dice though. At least you can scrap that off your list. For me it was an expired intermediate c...

Re: Untrusted certificate
Reading RogerYoung's post led me to investigate this as a user profile issue and I decided to have a look at my user certificate store. My user store had two certs for R3 in "Intermediate Certificate Authorities" one expired and one valid. I deleted the expired one and now everything work...

Re: Untrusted certificate
Hi, I too am having issues with Sab usenet provider SSL certificate verification. The certificate appears to validate everywhere else fine, but not in Sab. Example: The name/certificate validates just fine via ssl shopper. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=news-us.newshosting.com:...
