Thank you chrblack. Your solution worked for me. I never would have figured this out on my own. I appreciate the help.

On this page - http://127.0.0.1:38080/sabnzbd/config/, I see the 'Config' file and 'Parameters' file are both set to C:. I guess I'm confused because I haven't made any changes to any folders. I can't figure out why this would have just started happening.

In the System Folders section, I do see that that the Admin folder and Log folder are set to C:, but the Download folders are not.

Thanks @safihre, I did find in the Config Categories where the path is set to C:// Not sure if it's always been that way and it just stopped working or if the latest update possibly changed this folder. I'm trying to include logging info. I can't seem to get it into this form. I keep getting a message saying "New users are not allowed to post links" I get this message even when I just copy/paste the text from the log file to this reply and try to Submit. Hey I can include emojis though ;D

I'm getting this error after download

"PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: '\\\\?\\C:\\Incomplete'"

I don't have my download folders set to C: at all, so I'm not sure why it's trying to write there or how to fix. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you
