Not sure if this is still active but I have been having this issue with SABnzbd for years on Windows 7 through 11 and updated SABnzbd many times. I even set my PC up to reboot automatically every 24 hours to help. Rebooting Windows seems to be the only solution so far. I have not found any other fix...
