that would be a much better way to do it, I was looking for a quick and dirty solution that didn't butcher up your code too much, I look forward to seeing your update, nice work!

Just installed on a Ubuntu Linux Server and all works well. Thanks. I have a suggestion, on the History page, a 'Download' button would be nice to manually add tittles that were rejected based on my set criteria. Edit: I added a 'dllink' column in the History table and populate it with GlobalVars.do...

I used git to get your latest push 

python mediarover.py --version          0.7.5


and removed the __check version stuff and were back in business, thanks alot its working now.

I should have a fix out for you sometime later today.

Thanks, I am  up and running now with an older version of Sab5, i suspect this issue will come up soon as more people upgrade their SAB though.

Keep your connection to the Usenet Servers encrypted with SSL if you have that option, at least they wont be able to see what your downloading, only from where its coming.

I have been looking for a solution for this, but cannot find any. I am using the latest version of mediarover, and there is supposed to be support for nzbs.org rss feeds, they do not work. Any suggestions? Thanks.


EDIT: fixed the issue, rss feeds need to have &dl=1 appended to the end.

Kierse, thanks for the help, but unfortunately, it didnt work, i sanitized my pevious post, upgraded to your new version and fixed all my config files, it still skips the show im trying to get due to the strings after the title, "MY SHOW - extrastrings/here" anyway around this? Thanks Hey ...
