I solved my problem described above.
The correct path is:
../../c/media/Downloads/
../../c/media/Downloads/Incomplete
Now everything works great.

Now I got a little problem: I'd like to configure SABnzbd+ to store the files in an absolute folder on the ReadyNas Duo, but for some reason it always switches back to relative folder.
