Re: NZBMegasearch, opensource NZB search aggregator
I'm getting screeds of errors and no results when using newsnab API providers (even though I can see the API hit count incrementing on the source site) 2013-11-13 17:21:48,858:INFO:SearchModule:TS https://nzbs2go.com 4.30980587006 2013-11-13 17:21:48,861:ERROR:TERMINAL_ERR:Exception in thread Thread...

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
Just thought I'd post a quick update to say this problem doesn't exist on windows 7 on the same platform (esxi).

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
I can not replicate the issue reliably so I think it is random too. It turns out some downloads generate the message several times, where as others don't at all. I built another fresh windows xp install (from a different disk) and I get the same thing there. Surprised this doesn't affect more people...

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
no probs, just drop me a line when you have something and I'll drop the code onto that box.
I'm just going to build a ubuntu machine in the mean time I think (but I'll leave the other one configured in esxi)

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
The errors seem to show up during a download, I don't think it's at the start or the end. There is never more than one per download, and it doesn't happen on every download. I queued up 8 files before (via chrome, using the sab connect plugin) via nzbmatrix. 5 of the 8 gave the error.

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
No virus scanner on my new install. Sab is literally the only thing I installed. Even built a new partition for the incomplete files. Don't suppose you're use VMware m0t0ko?

I just updated the other thread as I'm still getting the same problems with a new install. Didnt realise someone else was having the same issues (thought it was just me)

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
I just rebuilt my windows XP install specifically because this error was pissing me off. The new install has exact same problem.
Only thing I can think of that this might differentiate my install from most is that it's a virtual box built on ESXi.
Any ideas?

Re: Loading Sabnzbd article failed
ah, might make an amount of sense. I created that dir while logged in with a different user than sab runs under. I will del it and recreate it with the current user.
Cheers dude

Loading Sabnzbd article failed
Hey Guys, Have a new install which is creating these errors, they appear to be cosmetic as the downloads are fine: 2011-10-18 00:28:01,286 ERROR: Loading C:\usenet\Debian6\__ADMIN__\SABnzbd_article_znrxym failed Seems to happen for all the downloads. I am adding them via the chrome plugin and on the...

the superhub has nothing to do with what the OP is talking about. You change the setting on Sab not on the router!

Re: Crashes & Errors
yeah, I'm running under "UserX". drwx------ 45 UserX UserX 20K 2011-08-16 16:14 UserX I'm guessing that as it was able to write to that directory fine while adding an NZB manually, that can't be the issue. UserX 4415 4.4 1.0 314964 37600 ? Sl 16:13 3:34 /usr/bin/python -OO /usr/bin/sabnzbd...

Re: Crashes & Errors
I changed to the system disk and added an NZB, and it downloaded and completed with no errors. I just tried adding a nzbmatrix file via URL and got screeds of errors again: 2011-08-16 16:55:15,469 ERROR: Cannot create directory /home/UserX/incomplete 2011-08-16 16:55:15,436 ERROR: Saving /home/UserX...
