stanpete, I'm curious as to the hardware you're running. Par2 repairing is a pretty intensive process, which can become apparent when multitasking; maybe your machine doesn't have the power for it? I certainly know my G4 Powerbook (basic desktop usage is slow as it is running Leopard...) doesn't so ...

OK, I think i can clarify a bit as I now realize that it is not exactly the same issue as before. I'm manually adding NZB's via the homepage, but I don't manually assign the nzb to a category via the drop-down menu option. Under Config>Categories, I have defined several newsgroups (alt.binaries...) ...

i think this issue is back in 0.4.7: nzb's added via the homepage are correctly assigned their category, but the post-processing defaults to the default setting.

hmm...no help? for the past week, i've been using 0.4.3 with the same exact config file. no problems related to moving files and post-processing. of course, i'll have to deal with the bugs in 0.4.3 that were addressed by 0.4.4, but the problem with post-processing in 0.4.4 is a complete show-stopper...
