Re: Some Feature Requests
#1: Problem not existent on Windows, solved for OSX. Unfortunately the Linux world suffers from lack of standardization; there's no sure way to tell where volumes are mounted. It exists on Windows. Maybe you misunderstood what I said. The short version would be: If you set the temporary directory o...

Some Feature Requests
Hello, I have a few feature requests, if you don't mind. These are mostly related to the handling of problems. It is possible the features exist and I missed them, but I will post them anyway. I was using 0.7.0 Beta 8, when I started writing this, but final now, just for reference. Got a bit busy. I...

More Scheduling Power
Hello, I frequently have to deal with scheduling because of a shared internet connection. I was wondering if it would be possible to have some things added for it. #1 - Multiple schedule profiles. Like say you want it to run until 5 one day, noon another. What I mean is the ability to switch back an...

Re: 0.4.0b2 does not remove blackhole files
SABnzbd has enough import options. I cannot think of any good reason why an other program would create read-only files. If the files are read-only for other reasons, there's no way SABnzbd can remove them. Windows simply pervents deletion of files that are "in use" by other programs. As f...

Re: 0.4.0b2 does not remove blackhole files
So 2 or more programs out there force nzb files to be read only. These programs are rarely, if ever updated. The solution is to have every user make a script? Other options perhaps: #1- We try to locate the programmers and force them to change it. Possible, but unlikely looking at the programs and t...

Re: 0.4.0b2 does not remove blackhole files
It is still happening on beta 4 for me. Only when .nzb files are read only, which some programs make them into. If I uninstall those programs, everything goes back to normal and they can be deleted.
Is there any way to get sabnzbd to erase read only files?

Re: 0.4.0b2 does not remove blackhole files
What is "sabnzbd open"? Windows refuses to remove files that are (still) accessed by other applications. Found it on your forums third party apps list. http://forums.sabnzbd.org/index.php?topic=38.0 It is called sabnzbdopen on there, but installs as sabnzb open. I believe that when instal...

Re: Service Problem
Ok, I see what you are saying. Thanks. I was used to doing it the old way, which worked on older versions. I hadn't tried it in a while, but still had the old service, which was disabled. I tried to use that, it didn't work, then I deleted it and installed the service again. It didn't occur to me th...

Service Problem
Hello. I believe I set it up correctly as a service, but when it starts up my settings are gone. I get the default template and none of my settings. I usually use Plush. Any clue as to what could be causing this or what I could post for information to solve this problem? Thanks. Here is my .reg inst...

Re: 0.4.0b2 does not remove blackhole files
As nobody else complains about this: Could you give more information? What's in the logging? Do the files get processed at all? I am having the same problem. I am logged in as an Adminstrator. The first two nzb files I downloaded both deleted, then I installed Sabnzb open and all of a sudden they w...
