I only see the refresh problem when using either of the dualview modes.
The queue will refresh several times(varying) and then stop updating. The status-speed-queue in the upper right corner continues to work though.

Decent program, but it doesn't seem to be working properly for me in Vista 32-bit and I'm not sure why.
