There are so many topics where I have nothing to say because the rule was properly followed, and so the discussion is only theoretical and not specific, but for this topic I can actually go look at real world files. The post tha...

Re: Out of retention

I have an old version of SABnzbd, 0.4-something. Backup server not tried, the text articles are cached, and the string 'Content removed due to DMCA.' is assembled into the corrupted binary file.

Re: Failed Download (not enough blocks)

The backup server is owned by the same company as the primary. Both providers removed 4.5% of the data at the request of the content owner.

Re: Fetching command option

By "sometimes" I mean that the empty body error is 100% repeatable with certain articles, but it only affects some of the articles of each file.

Re: Fetching command option

I thought of that after I posted the above message and I sure wish that GROUP before BODY did work but it doesn't seem to. Re: Fetching command option

The only reason is to work around a malfunctioning news server. Why should SABnzbd do that? Maybe SABnzbd shouldn't, but it's a server in the sticky "Getting a lot of "not enough repair blocks"?" which a lot of people are using as a backup. Maybe the best solution is to contact t...

Fetching command option

I would like to use the NNTP command:

ARTICLE <msg-id>

instead of:

BODY <msg-id>

If there is already a way to switch from one command to the other I'm sorry I missed it while searching.

Re: Where is the error likely here??

NZBIndex.nl has two NZBs, one for the sample and one for the rest of the post. The sample has 44 good blocks out of 45. The post was uploaded with a de...

Re: Where is the error likely here??

I'm curious about debugging the "bad" post itself but can go no further because it's against the forum rules for me to know what it was.
