Could this happen if the user (me or anyone) deleted the download folder for that specific NZB before it finished the process?
I can't be sure that I didn't when I was transferring dloads from the specified download folder to a external hard disk.

Ok here is what fixed my Non- Download problem. It seems that in the HISTORY queue there was a rogue file that wouldn't delete and it was calling PAR2 over and over again. I opened up Taskmanager and kept killing the par2 process and hitting the DEL button in the history queue..eventually is cleare...

Ok this is weird...
In my frustration I went back to the setup.ini and changed it back to "localhost" from 0.0.0.0 and it worked!!
Now all I need to do is turn my Firewall back on and see if it goes back to normal operation...like it had been.

I tried all of those you suggested..none of those work.
I'm baffled..and I normally can work these things out. :-\
Oh I should add I turned off the Firewall completely just to make sure.
