Re: PC shutdown doesn't work always

I have no idea about how to test if cherrypy has shut down or not. Im using the default skin, and I can browse the pages, change settings, clear the log and even send myself a test email. But if you say so, it must be true...  ??? ;D EDIT: Ok... its because the sabnzdb process doesnt quit. When I ch...

Re: PC shutdown doesn't work always

I know about cherrypy.log and nothing is in there about a shutdown.

And I can browse the 'server' when sabnzbd is supposed to have been shut down.
Seems like everything shuts down except cherrypy.

I will try Steve's wizmo.
Thx.

Re: PC shutdown doesn't work always

Nope, I do not have other apps running other than the ones XP loads. I am not running sabnzbd as a service. cherrypy doesnt shut down when it happens. Dunno if that gives you a clue. Should I be able to see something in even viewer about the system trying to shut down? Nothing is there. BTW: I just ...

Re: PC shutdown doesn't work always

Only things i can think of is:
1) I have Truecrypt full OS encryption on the OS (I have had that since the release)
2) Im using RPD to connect to the PC, but I log off when I test it.
3) I recently installed XP SP3.

My queue is completely empty, cause I delete the files (sometimes) when testing.

Re: PC shutdown doesn't work always

Yes. I could try to reinstall. It could solve my problem - but not fix the bug. Re: naming of nzbs fetched from newzbin

"msgid_XXXXX_Report name" is created by SABnzbd itself. No use blaming newzbin. If Newzbin could create "Reportname_msgidXXXXX" problem would be solved. Newzbin already has the option to strip or prefix msgid in preferences. Newzbin just need a 3rd option to suffix msgid. So yea...
