Re: Unknown error while decoding?
OK - Thanks again so much for the help. I guess you could file this as feature request, but could you also have "unknown encoding" be retried at other servers too? (you definitely know more than me, but I would an article could be corrupt and your decoder might return "unknown encodin...

Re: Unknown error while decoding?
Thanks for the information. How does multiple servers work in this circumstance? For example, SABnzbd will download the article from the first server but receive an error ("Unknown error while decoding"). Will it attempt to grab it from another server in case the copy on server #1 was bad,...

Unknown error while decoding?
I'm trying to download a few things from usenet and I have the following error in my log: (article redacted) 2012-04-15 09:03:30,705::INFO::[decoder:131] Unknown Error while decoding <Article: article=###########, bytes=661039, partnum=145, art_id=None> What is causing this? I've tried two different...

Re: Why doesn't SABnzbd play nice with NFS ACLs?
Ooops - I'm sorry for mixing Sickbeard and SABnzbd in the original post. I was only talking about SABnzbd. Anyways... maybe the Python I/O API performs differently than the OS I/O API because otherwise I'm really not sure why the permissions are different when I manually create a directory so somet...

Why doesn't SABnzbd play nice with NFS ACLs?
I'm using SABnzbd and storing files on an NFS share (ZFS). I'm new to Unix/Linux access control but it appears as though SickBeard is creating files using "trivial" ACLs instead of the default NFS ACL. For example, if I create a directory manually on my NFS share it has the following ACL: ...

Re: Restarting crashed urlgrabber?
Sorry! I could've sworn I mentioned it but it looks like I didn't... (doh!) I'm running 0.5.2. I've noticed that SickBeard was putting a space in the URL which I'm betting was the problem. I've restarting SABnzbd, fixed SickBeard, and so far it's working... I'll post back if it continues to give m...

Restarting crashed urlgrabber?
I'm using SickBeard which is a tool for finding certain content on Usenet and then sending NZB URLs to SABnzbd for it to download and it worked great until I recently upgraded SickBeard. SABnzbd has this in the queue: Trying to fetch NZB from http://nzbmatrix.com/api-nzb-download.php?id=xxxx&us...

Re: Sign up to become an Official SABnzbd Tester
I'd also like to be a beta tester...
I've been running SABnzbd for about a year I'd say but now I'm running it on a Windows Server 2008 R2 box with RAID-6 (7 TB using Dell Perc 6/i card).
It's pretty running GREAT and I really look forward to using/testing the new version(s)!
