Thanks for trying to look into this. I found the issue, something was wrong with my rar/unrar install on the new system. All is working well again!

I am using stunnel now (which seems to be better optimized for this when it comes to resources). So, basically I'm running stunnel to my ssl usenet provider and sabnzbd server definition points to localhost (listening port) and no SSL. @zsh, that is a great idea!
